- GENERAL -

Eligibility:
• Clients must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a legal parent/guardian to agree to these terms.Copyright & Usage:
• I retain original copyright and ownership of the commissioned work. This includes the right to display the work on my website, social media, portfolio, or during live streams unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use only. The work may not be transferred, resold, or redistributed to any third parties.
• Commercial rights (e.g., for merchandise, streams, or monetized use) are not included unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon.Restrictions:
• The commissioned work must not be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
• Clients may not claim, alter, trace, or copy the commissioned work as their own. Proper credit must be given when the work is posted online.Client Responsibilities:
• Clients must provide all necessary references, character designs, poses, and style details at the start of the process.

- PROCESS & COMMUNICATION -

Revisions:
• Clients may request up to 3 minor edits during the sketch phase free of charge. Major revisions (e.g., redrawing over 50% of the sketch) or changes requested after the line art phase may incur additional fees based on complexity.
• No major changes are allowed once the commission is completed.Updates:
• Clients will receive regular updates, including:
↪ A sketch for initial approval.
↪ A preview after line art and color planning.
↪ Any delays in communication or updates will be promptly communicated.Timeline:
• Completion time ranges from 20 days to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the project and my schedule.
• If no updates are provided for over a month without communication, clients may request a refund.

- PAYMENT -

Payment Terms:
• Payments must be made via PayPal. A 50% deposit is required after sketch approval, and the remaining 50% is due once the work is 80% complete.
• Clients are responsible for covering the PayPal transaction fee (4.40% + $0.30 per transaction).
Payment must be completed within 7 days of the request.Commercial Fees:
• Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be discussed upfront. PSD files are only provided for commercial projects or for a $50 personal-use fee.

- CANCELLATION & REFUNDS -

Refund Policy:
• No refunds are available once the commission has started, unless initiated by me.
• Refunds for incomplete work will be proportional to the progress made. For example, if 50% of the work is completed, 50% of the payment will be refunded.Chargebacks:
• Chargebacks are not permitted. Refunds must follow the terms outlined here.Right to Refuse:
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if a client is disrespectful, fails to provide clear instructions (e.g., test tasks, revisions), behaves aggressively, or for any other reason I deem justified.
• I also reserve the right not to disclose the reason for refusal.

- CUSTOMS -

General:
• I reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order if I believe I am unable to complete it in full or according to your requirements.
• When preparing the brief, please be aware that the quality of the provided information will directly impact my understanding of your request and the overall process of completing the commission. To proceed properly, please provide at least 3 references of complete designs that you like. Additional references such as clothing elements, patterns, accessories, etc., are highly encouraged. Be sure to specify preferred colors, mood, clothing style, and any other important details that may affect the execution of the order.Revisions:
• I will provide 1-2 design options based on your brief. If the proposed options do not meet your expectations, I will provide a reworked version from scratch (the last one).Design Usage:
• I reserve the right to use sketches or other intermediate works if they do not meet your expectations but can still be useful for advancing the project.
• I reserve the right to place a watermark on each design.Commercial Use and Publications:
• If you do not wish for your custom design to be published, the price of the work will increase by 50% of the total cost.
• I reserve the right to publish works in my groups and use the concepts in my portfolio.
• When ordering a complex design, please consider that I have only recently started accepting such commissions, so the process may take more time, and the result may differ from your expectations.
• I do not give consent for any third-party alterations to the custom design, including:
↪ Redrawing or modifications over the design;
↪ Outlining;
↪ Cutting out individual elements;
↪ Creating 2D models from the design;
↪ ... and any other modifications that may violate the original concept.
